MONTE CASSINO SUNRISE
  • 40 ml Babatzim Roditis distillated spirit
  • 30 ml limoncello
  • supplement orange juice
  • and then add 15 ml of grenadine.
  • serve in the classic cocktail glass
  • straight into the glass
 
STROMBOLI
  • 25 ml Babatzim Muscat distillate spirit
  • 25 ml grenadine
  • whipped in a shaker, serve in a cocktail glass and
  • add white wine (preferably non-aromatic)
  • Slowly from the top to make it bicolored.
 
GRAPPACINO

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker

  • 50 ml Babatzim Xinomavro spirit
  • 15 ml dissarono (or other amareto)
  • 10 ml sugar syrup
  • 1 espresso
  • and serve in a martini cocktail glass once cooled
  • never put ice in the martini glass, just chill the glass!
 
ASSO

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker

  • 4/10 Babatzim Cabernet spirit
  • 1/10 rosewood syrup
  • 2/10 blackberry juice (not fresh)
  • 1/10 sugar syrup
  • and serve in a low cocktail glass
 
GRAPIRINIA
  • 1lime
  • 2-3 teaspoons of black sugar
  • 40 ml of Babatzim Cabernet spirit
  • grated ice
  • Serve in a low cocktail glass
 
FRESH MASTIC
  • 40 ml mastic (Chilled)
  • 20 ml Babatzim Xinomavro spirit
  • 20 -30 ml fresh cucumber juice
  • 10 ml lime or lemon juice
  • 5- 10 ml sugar syrup
  • Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker
  • and strain into a martini glass.

And two more simple ones:

1st variation
  • 2 parts fresh grape juice
  • 1-part Babatzim Xinomavro distillated spirit
  • both very cold in a small white wine glass (welcome drink)
2nd variation
  • 30 ml Chilled Mastic
  • 30 ml Babatzim Cabernet spirit
  • offer in a margarita glass filled with crushed ice
  • top up with soda and add 3 drops of Tabasco in the center
