Our modern premises, distillery and bottling plant, are located in Anchialos, Macedonia. This geographical choice is not at all accidental, as the region is associated with Asia Minor refugees from Eastern Rumelia, people who carried all secrets of the art of distillation and viticulture to their new homeland.
